Passionate about coffee and leadership We re looking for a Head Barista with handson experience in the UAE who can lead a team craft exceptional beverages and deliver memorable service with flair and consistency. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and lead barista staff to maintain high coffee standards and service quality. - Prepare espressobased and specialty coffee drinks to perfection. - Train and onboard new baristas ensuring alignment with brand standards. - Manage inventory stock rotation and coffee equipment maintenance. - Handle customer feedback with professionalism and positivity. - Support overall caf operations and work closely with management. - Maintain a clean and welcoming bar area at all times. Requirements - Minimum 6 months of barista experience in the UAE. - High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality Tourism or a related field. - Strong understanding of specialty coffee and brewing methods. - Confident engaging personality with great communication skills. - Ability to lead and mentor a small team. - Must be presentable punctual and servicedriven. - Preference will be given to candidates from European or South American backgrounds to match brand identity and customer engagement style. - Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
