Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of multiple swimming pool plunge pool spa fountain and water feature projects
- Coordinate daily site activities with Site Engineers supervisors subcontractors and suppliers
- Review project drawings specifications BOQs and technical documents before execution
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with clients consultants architects and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with project specifications UAE regulations company standards and HSE requirements
- Monitor project costs material usage manpower and productivity
- Review and approve material requests shop drawings method statements and technical submittals
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and resolve technical issues
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management
- Coordinate inspections testing commissioning snagging and project handover
- Manage project documentation including RFIs NCRs inspection requests and as-built drawings
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to minimize delays
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain excellent client relationships Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project execution.
- At least 3 years of experience in swimming pool, water feature, fountain, or landscape construction.
- UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of: Swimming pool construction Pool hydraulic systems Waterproofing systems Filtration and circulation systems Pool MEP works Civil and finishing works Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project (Primavera is an advantage).
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering luxury villa, hospitality, or commercial swimming pool projects.
- Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and construction standards.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
