Responsibilities:
Strong recruitment experience within EPC and PMC environments. Proven experience recruiting for Iraq projects is highly desirable. Strong track record in recruiting engineering, technical and project personnel across disciplines such as Engineering, Construction, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Commissioning and Project Controls. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning and project mobilizationStrong sourcing, stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills. Hands-on, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced project environment.
