Job Description:

1. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and supporting the alignment of HR initiatives with business goals.
2. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and leaders on talent management, performance management, and employee development.
3. Drive the execution of HR programs such as recruitment, performance reviews, employee engagement, and learning & development within the assigned business units.
4. Develop and implement strategies to address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
5. Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR support in areas such as restructuring, talent assessments, and workforce planning.
6. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance business performance.
7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by supporting training initiatives and career development programs.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, proactively managing risk and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
9. Work closely with HR operations to ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and services across the business units.
10. Provide feedback to the Head of HR Operations on business needs and potential improvements in HR service delivery.
11. Provide mentorship and coaching to HR support staff.
12. Collaborate with business leaders to assess and identify HR needs and develop actionable solutions.
13. Lead HR initiatives that directly contribute to the strategic objectives of the business.
14. Conduct regular performance discussions and provide constructive feedback to managers to ensure alignment with company goals.
15. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs within the business unit and make adjustments where necessary.
16. Support and manage the implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and objectives.
17. Contribute to organizational development initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning, and talent reviews.
18. Ensure HR initiatives are consistent with company values and contribute to enhancing employee engagement and retention.
19. Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver cross-functional projects and improvements.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a large or complex organization.
2. Proven experience working with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
3. Experience in managing employee relations, talent management, and organizational change initiatives.
4. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
6. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is preferred.
