Role Overview We're seeking a Lead Telegram Backend Developer with proven expertise in building scalable and efficient backend systems using NodeJS, TypeScript, and relational databases like Postgres. The ideal candidate is a proactive developer who thrives on tackling complex challenges and ideally shares a passion for on-chain trading. As Telegram Bot lead developer, you'll convene directly with the founders and build new innovative features, bring on improvements to current products, and resolve user requests. Key Responsibilities 1. Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using NodeJS and TypeScript to support real-time trading functionalities. 2. Database Management: Query data from Postgres and Opensearch databases to analyze and display large-scale, real-time statistics. 3. Blockchain Interactions: Read data from the Solana blockchain or send transactions to enable new trading features. 4. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, product teams, and users to align backend solutions with platform objectives. 5. Performance Optimization: Ensure backend systems deliver top-tier speed and efficient database queries without compromising on reliability. 6. Problem Solving: Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to maintain smooth platform operations. 7. Code Quality: Uphold best practices by writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Requirements 1. Proficiency in NodeJS and TypeScript with 5+ years of experience in backend development. 2. Strong command of relational databases like Postgres or MySQL, including design and optimization for high-performance, high-reliability use cases. 3. Experience in building backend systems serving a significant user base. 4. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and development tools for streamlined deployments. 5.
