About the role: We're looking for a Front-End Engineer who loves crafting seamless, performant, and intelligent web experiences. You'll work at the intersection of design, AI, and distributed systems building the interfaces that power our next-generation customer experiences. Every line of code you write will help shape how millions of people interact with our products every day. What you'll do: Design and build stunning, performant web applications that shape how customers interact with our platform. Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and AI Engineers to rapidly prototype, experiment, and iterate on new experiences. Implement modern, component-driven UIs using React (preferred) or Angular, backed by robust APIs in Go or Node.js. Translate complex design systems into clean, reusable, and accessible HTML5/CSS3 components. Contribute to front-end architecture decisions, performance tuning, and CI/CD workflows. Champion user-centric thinking, balancing design intent, technical feasibility, and product goals. What you'll need: 5+ years of experience building and scaling modern web applications. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. Experience integrating with distributed backend systems (Go, Node.js) and APIs at scale. Deep understanding of responsive design, UI frameworks, and user-centered development principles. Strong foundation in AWS-based architectures or microservice ecosystems. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and a bias for action.
