Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Engineer to manage our villa renovation projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of renovation projects, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations. This role will involve close coordination with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with villa renovation projects and hold the necessary Dubai Municipality certifications, with expertise in managing G+1 projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the renovation of villa projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
- Review project plans, specifications, and budgets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Dubai Municipality requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress are in line with the project schedule.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Monitor and control project expenses to ensure the project remains within budget.
- Review engineering drawings, material submittals, and other technical documents.
- Resolve any technical or design issues that arise during the renovation process.
- Ensure all work adheres to Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Provide timely updates to senior management on project status, issues, and achievements.
- Lead project meetings, providing guidance and leadership to contractors and site teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, particularly in villa renovation projects.
- Dubai Municipality certification (mandatory) and experience with G+1 villa renovations.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality construction codes, safety standards, and approval processes.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with luxury villa renovations or high-end residential projects.
- Familiarity with modern renovation technologies and sustainable construction practices.
