About The Role The Talent Acquisition Specialist contributes to the overall Live Casino Business unit talent acquisition strategy. The person will be a valuable contributor to the development of the talent acquisition agenda and strategy to foster the recruitment experience and excel in employer branding proposition throughout the process. On a daily basis, they will be communicating with different stakeholders to advise and provide solutions on TA subject matters. What Will You Be Doing Partner with hiring managers and human resources managers in the sourcing and recruitment process for assigned positions for our Live Casino business unit. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect, and recruit top talent. Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, events, and on-going relationship management. Partner with agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts as needed. Be an effective ambassador of the company to all potential candidates and third parties. Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview process to develop job descriptions, identify candidates, manage the candidate experience, and negotiate offers. Meet with hiring managers on a regular basis to discuss hiring needs and the current status of candidates. Maintain a solid understanding of industry trends and provide insight into the competitive landscape. What Makes You a Strong Candidate Good recruiting background gained as an external or internal recruiter. Experience in mass recruitment or a fast-paced environment. Established path of success in candidate generation & strong candidate assessment skills. Experience with internet research – prior use of LinkedIn Recruiter. Professional levels of English and Thai are a must. Previous experience with ATS - Jobvite is a plus. Previous experience in a product organization will be a plus.
