Key Responsibilities - Purchase Order Support: Assist in creating, updating, and managing purchase orders for new season collections and reorders. - Vendor Liaison: Communicate with local and international suppliers to confirm styles, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules. - Sample Coordination: Manage samples for photoshoots and fittings, including tracking, logging, and returning items. - Inventory & Product Data: Support data entry for product listings, descriptions, and SKUs across systems and e-commerce platforms. - Administrative Tasks: Handle filing, invoicing support, data updates, and internal documentation for the buying team. - Trend Awareness: Stay informed on seasonal trends and assist the buying team with market research and competitor analysis. - Delivery Monitoring: Track shipments and ensure timely follow-up with logistics or suppliers for smooth delivery.
