Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic development company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that align with our development services.

Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of our development services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team

Requirements

- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the development industry
- Strong understanding of software development and technology solutions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
