Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and drive online sales growth. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing online stores, optimizing product listings, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and update product listings across our e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and SEO to increase visibility and conversion rates
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and social media ads
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging visuals and product pages
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock shortages
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices
- Provide customer support as needed, ensuring a seamless shopping experience

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or in a similar role
- Experience with AB Testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, E-shop etc.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising strategies
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
- Understanding of HTML / CSS is a plus
