Team Leader (X2) - F&F - Khalidiyah Mall Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for 2x Team Leaders for our new store opening in Al Khalidiyah Mall Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Implementing and maintaining the F&F brand image within the store, ensuring visual consistency.
2. Providing customers with the most inspirational shopping experience possible.
3. Maintaining effective communication with store colleagues and the RVM / Manager VM.
4. Accurately implementing all company Visual Merchandising policies.
5. Implementing easy-to-shop store grids.
6. Using the appropriate product handling techniques on different types of equipment.
7. Implementing well-styled mannequins in line with the styling policy.
8. Using appropriate styling techniques and the correct visual elements in the relevant areas to aid customer segmentation.
9. Implementing window display guidelines on time and on brand.
10. Implementing seasonal launches and events on time and on brand.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring the department provides a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
2. Setting up, monitoring, and reviewing sales targets for the relevant commercial department.
3. Ensuring that department and store objectives are achieved.
4. Managing and developing staff within the department in order to achieve departmental and personal goals.
5. Ensuring the department and staff abide by workplace health and safety and company policy guidelines.
6. Conducting regular surveys on competitors by visiting competitor outlets.
7. Reviewing and controlling costs in order to maximize profitability.
8. Planning and implementing product/range launches to maximize the use of store footage.
