Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Roasters Specialty Coffee House in Dubai. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, optimize customer experiences, and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. This role involves leading and motivating a team, managing inventory and supplies, monitoring financial performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
