The successful candidate will ensure the effective and efficient maintenance of our facilities, providing a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for all occupants while optimizing operational costs. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance strategies for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems. - Manage and supervise all hard and soft services staff and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Coordinate routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life expectancy. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. - Prepare and manage budgets related to facilities management, controlling expenditures without compromising quality. - Handle emergency response procedures and ensure readiness for situations like fire, power failure, and other facility-related incidents. - Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to align facility operations with organizational goals. - Prepare regular reports on facility status, projects, and expenditures for senior management review. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within hard and soft services. - Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards in the UAE. - Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in facilities management software and MS Office Suite. - High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
