Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat various obstetric and gynecologic conditions
- Perform gynecological surgeries, such as hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, and colposcopies
- Provide comprehensive prenatal care, manage pregnancies, and perform deliveries
- Conduct routine gynecological examinations and screenings
- Offer counseling and education on family planning, contraception, and reproductive health
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in obstetrics and gynecology

Requirements

- Medical degree
- Completion of a recognized residency program in obstetrics and gynecology
- Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating obstetric and gynecologic conditions
- Expertise in performing gynecological surgeries, including hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, and colposcopies
- Strong knowledge of prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and effectively communicate with patients
- Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex medical issues in obstetrics and gynecology
