8. Staff Training and Development - Identify training needs for junior staff, maintaining high working standards, and fostering continuous improvement in logistics operations.
9. Data Management and Reporting - Maintain logistics databases and prepare regular reports on material movements and logistics matters to track performance and inform decision-making.
10. Process Improvement - Review existing processes and systems, identify improvement opportunities, and design/implement new plans and procedures as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Safety Compliance - Ensure compliance with all legislative safety directives and regulations, including OSHAD policies and protocols, to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.

Knowledge/Qualification & Experience:

1. Minimum 12 years of extensive experience in logistics or supply chain management.
2. Preferred 5+ years of experience in Logistics and Warehousing in a Defence Manufacturing company.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a relevant field.
4. Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders, such as pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
