Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role based in Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Business Development Specialist, you will identify and generate leads, conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, and build relationships with potential clients. You will assist in developing strategies to grow the client base and support the preparation of business proposals and presentations. Strong communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders will be crucial to your success in driving impactful business outcomes. Qualifications - Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with stakeholders and build client relationships effectively. - Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities and expand the business pipeline. - Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to balance hybrid working arrangements. - Proficiency in business tools such as CRM platforms and project management software. - Prior experience in healthcare consulting or a relevant industry is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
