JESS Arabian Ranches Secondary School is seeking an exceptional Head of Netball to lead our thriving netball programme across the school. The role is responsible for leading and shaping the strategic direction of netball across all age groups within the school and ensuring its integration into the wider sporting programme. A key aspect of the position is coaching our top squads while overseeing the development of players from grassroots through to performance level, ensuring that every student has a pathway to progress. The post holder will organise and manage fixtures, tournaments, and international tours, providing students with opportunities to compete at the highest level. Collaboration with other sports is essential to maintain a unified whole‐school sporting vision, and the role requires mentoring and supporting coaches and staff involved in netball delivery to build a strong and knowledgeable team. Building and maintaining relationships with external clubs, governing bodies, and international schools is also a critical responsibility, ensuring that the school remains connected to the wider sporting community and that students benefit from the best possible opportunities.
