This role blends technical architecture, solution design, and customer collaboration — ensuring deployments of multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks are secure, scalable, and business-aligned. Responsibilities - Solution Design & Architecture - Translate customer requirements into scalable, compliant AI agent architectures. - Design workflows using multi-agent orchestration, A2A messaging, and tool chaining. - Define context and memory strategies for long-running AI processes. - Integration Leadership - Architect API, RAG, and data pipeline integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SOC tools). - Ensure interoperability between AI agents, vector DBs, and knowledge graphs. - Performance & Scalability - Optimize latency, token usage, and model selection for cost-effective deployments. - Design for high availability and fault tolerance in production. - Security & Compliance - Embed governance, auditability, and data privacy controls in all solutions. - Ensure adherence to industry regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA as applicable). - Customer Engagement - Act as a trusted advisor for client technical teams. - Conduct workshops, POCs, and design reviews to validate architectural choices. - Collaboration & Delivery Support - Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, AI Interaction Engineers, and Agent Architects to ensure smooth delivery. - Provide architectural oversight during implementation phases. Qualifications - 8+ years in solution architecture, enterprise software, or AI/ML engineering. - Strong understanding of LLM architectures, embeddings, and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AgentBridge). - Proven experience designing RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval systems, and knowledge graph integrations. - Proficiency in Python and experience with API design/integration. - Cloud-native architecture skills (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes). - Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences. Good-to-Have - Experience in BFSI, GRC, SOC, or FinOps. - Familiarity with AI observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, TruLens, Ragas). - Exposure to reinforcement learning (RLHF, RLAIF) for agent optimization. - Background in AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI practices.
