Location:
Business Bay – Marasi Drive, Dubai, UAE. Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday (Remote): 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients professionally
- Manage communications via phone, email, and in-person
- Present company services clearly and accurately
- Maintain client records and interaction logs
- Handle inquiries with efficiency and discretion
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery
- Uphold confidentiality and professional standards
- Represent the brand in all client interactions

Requirements:
- Fluent French OR Russian speaker (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year UAE experience in customer service, hospitality, or client‑facing roles
- Strong communication skills in English
- Professional, presentable, and detail‑oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with VIP/HNWI clients is an advantage
