Job Title: Procurement Specialist Location: Abu Dhabi Department: Procurement / Supply Chain Reports to: Procurement Manager / Supply Chain Head Immediate Joiner About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist with strong expertise in SAP Ariba to manage end-to-end procurement processes efficiently and strategically. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands‑on experience in sourcing vendor management and purchasing operations ensuring cost‑effective and timely procurement of goods and services in alignment with company standards and project needs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete procurement cycle from requisition RFQ and vendor selection to purchase order creation and delivery follow‑up. Utilize SAP Ariba and SAP ERP systems Forever purchase requisitions purchase orders approvals and reporting. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery. Conduct market research and price analysis to support strategic sourcing initiatives. Negotiate terms pricing and contracts with piernas to optimize cost savings. Coordinate closely with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and timelines. jalo Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of procurement activities supplier data and contracts. Ensure ఆశ compliance with company procurement policies internal controls and audit standards. Monitor vendor performance and build strong supplier relationships. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field. 3–5 years of professional experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management. Hands‑on experience in SAP Ariba and SAP (MM or Procurement modules) is mandatory. Strong knowledge of sourcing purchasing and contract management processes. Excellent negotiation analytical and communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Experience: Experience in Manufacturing Defense Aerospace or Industrial sectors will be an added advantage. Exposure to global procurement or indirect purchasing is a plus.
