Job Description
Install, calibrate and support machine control / guidance systems (Komatsu iMC, Trimble, Topcon, Leica) on excavators, dozers and graders. Set up GNSS base / rover and site localization; load 3D design data and verify accuracy. Troubleshoot hardware, sensor and software issues; coordinate repairs and parts. Train customer operators, survey teams, distributors and internal staff. Lead and mentor the field survey team; set priorities and allocate resources. Own standard procedures (installation, calibration, drone operation, safety) and drive service improvements. Act as technical lead for key customers; support sales with demos and site trials. SkillsStrong leader who takes ownership and makes confident decisions on site. Patient trainer; explains technology clearly to operators and engineers. Careful about safety, records and data accuracy. Comfortable working outdoors and independently; willing to travel across UAE / GCC.
Skills:
machine control software, MS Office; survey software (DJI Terra, Pix4D, Trimble Business Center, Civil 3D) an advantage. EducationBachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil or Geomatics Engineering (or equivalent).
Certification in automation, surveying or drone operations is an advantage.
