About the Role:As a Machine Learning Engineer based in Dubai, you will design, build, and deploy state‐of‐the‐art machine learning models, with a focus on NLP applications, to deliver scalable solutions that drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.Responsibilities:Design, build, and optimize machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit‐learnDevelop and implement NLP applications for text analytics, sentiment analysis, and language understandingDeploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production environments to ensure reliability and performanceCollaborate with data engineers, software developers, and stakeholders to integrate ML solutions into products and workflowsConduct model performance evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and A/B testingDocument ML processes, code, and architectures to support knowledge sharing and complianceMentor and guide junior engineers on ML best practices and emerging techniquesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field5‐10 years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or related rolesProficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit‐learn for model developmentStrong experience in NLP techniques, tools, and frameworksExpertise in deploying and scaling machine learning models in productionAdvanced programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant librariesExcellent problem‐solving abilities and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree or PhD in Machine Learning, AI, or a related disciplineHands‐on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or AzureFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with MLOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflowsPrior leadership or mentorship experience within ML teamsKnowledge of Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)Experience with real‐time machine learning and streaming data processing #J-18808-Ljbffr
