Head of Project Sales Support Location: United Arab Emirates This role requires a hands‐on technical and commercial leader with deep expertise in industrial refrigeration, capable of supporting sales growth, optimising project costs and effectively bridging engineering, procurement and execution teams. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team in developing competitive technical and commercial proposals for industrial refrigeration projects. Lead technical reviews of client specifications during tendering and contract stages. Develop engineering concepts, system designs, P&IDs and technical specifications for refrigeration and utility systems. Drive cost optimisation initiatives through innovative engineering solutions, supply chain strategies and value engineering. Coordinate with procurement to source technically compliant and cost‐effective equipment from global suppliers. Prepare detailed technical documentation up to Purchase Order level and evaluate supplier quotations. Participate in technical clarification meetings with clients and sub‐suppliers. Chair project handover meetings post‐award, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to execution teams. Work closely with Aftermarket and Service teams to develop long‐term business opportunities. Provide technical training and educational resources for internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. PMP certification is a strong advantage. 10+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC or engineered systems. Strong background in project sales engineering, system design and technical proposal management. Proven experience working with industrial facilities and complex projects. Solid understanding of supply chain coordination, cost control and full project lifecycle management. Personality & Skills Strong technical leadership combined with a commercial mindset. Excellent stakeholder management and cross‐functional coordination skills. Analytical, detail‐oriented and solution‐driven. Able to translate complex engineering concepts into practical, cost‐effective solutions. Proactive contributor to business growth and long‐term client relationships. Interested?
