What you'll do We are seeking an experienced Fashion Buyer to manage Outright and Marketplace seller models. The role focuses on driving profitable growth through strong brand partnerships, effective seller management, and trend-led assortment planning. Responsibilities: Buying & Category Management - Own end-to-end buying for assigned categories across Outright and Marketplace models - Plan assortment, pricing, margins, and inventory in line with business targets - Drive seasonal and in-season strategies to maximise sell-through and profitability Seller & Brand Partnerships - Build and manage strong relationships with brands, sellers, and distributors - Identify, onboard, and scale strategic brand partnerships - Lead commercial negotiations, including margins, funding, exclusives, and joint business plans Marketplace Management - Manage marketplace sellers performance, including selection, pricing, availability, and content quality - Work closely with sellers to improve KPIs such as GMV, conversion, fill rate, and returns - Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and service level agreements External Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and brands - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to execute brand and category plans - Align brand objectives with platform/business goals Data & Performance Analysis - Analyse sales, trends, and customer insights to inform buying decisions - Track and report category performance against targets - Use data to identify growth opportunities, gaps, and corrective actions Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in buying, category management, or merchandising - Experience working with marketplace sellers and brand partners is mandatory - Prior experience in e-commerce/retail/consumer brands preferred Required Skills - Strong understanding of Outright and Marketplace business models - Proven experience in brand management and external stakeholder collaboration - Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills - Data-driven decision making with strong analytical abilities - Ability to manage multiple brands/sellers and priorities simultaneously - Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred Skills - Experience working with leading brands and partners - High ownership role with direct impact on business growth - Fast-paced, collaborative work environment Who will excel - We're looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters. - You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action. - We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.
