Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Legal Assistant at Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate Group. The Legal Assistant will handle the preparation and review of legal documents, maintain and organize legal files, and manage case-related schedules and deadlines. Additional tasks include supporting the legal team with administrative duties, coordinating with external legal counsel, and conducting basic legal research. The role requires high levels of organization, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail. Qualifications - Proficiency in document review, legal documentation drafting, and legal research - Strong administrative and organizational skills, including the ability to manage schedules and case records effectively - Proficiency in communication, including maintaining professional correspondence and working collaboratively with legal teams - Attention to detail and the ability to exercise discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information - A solid understanding of real estate law and legal processes is preferred - Proficiency with legal software tools and document management systems - Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is an asset - Experience working within the real estate or legal sector is a plus
