We operate in two divisions: Heavy Lifting & Earthmoving, ensuring the execution of a wide range of diverse projects on daily basis. We offer
a structured internship program in the UAE across multiple disciplines, giving you the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while working on impactful projects. We have 5 different internship programs:
- Earthmoving Fleet Maintenance
- HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
- Finance
- Quantity Surveying & Operations
- Human Resources (HR) During your internship, you will be part of a dynamic team and contribute to real business activities within your chosen field. What you will do:
- Support daily operations, projects, and initiatives within your department
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of activities (technical, financial, or administrative depending on your discipline)
- Work closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners across the organization
- Contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes and efficiency
- Gain exposure to an international working environment in the Middle East Qualifications
- You are currently a student in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, HSE, Finance, Business Administration, HR, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar)
- You have a strong interest in working in an international and multicultural environment
- You are proactive, eager to learn, and take initiative
- You have a good command of English (written and spoken)
- You are flexible to work from our office in Abu Dhabi
