Job Overview As a Backend Support Specialist (non-tech) you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure processing of cryptocurrency transactions on our platform. This role will focus on troubleshooting optimizing and securing the backend systems that handle withdrawal requests approval workflows and transaction validation. You will work closely with developers security teams and customer support to identify and resolve issues quickly ensuring that all withdrawals are processed efficiently securely and in compliance with the companys standards. Key Responsibility - Oversee the processing of deposits and withdrawals on our cryptocurrency platform with precision and accuracy. - Monitor transaction queues and ensure timely processing of customer requests. - Conduct thorough reviews of withdrawal requests to verify authenticity and compliance with internal policies. - Address any issues or discrepancies related to deposit and withdrawal transactions promptly and effectively. - Collaborate with other teams including customer support and compliance to resolve customer inquiries and ensure seamless operations. - Maintain accurate records of deposit and withdrawal activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Implement and adhere to security protocols to safeguard customer assets and prevent unauthorized transactions. Qualifications - Minimum of 1 year of experience in crypto deposit and withdrawal - Strong knowledge of crypto and forex trading. - Good customer service skills - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
