What You&aposll Do

- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate reports and insights on workforce trends, turnover, engagement, and other key HR metrics.
- Support HR leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve processes and employee experience.
- Ensure HR systems are up to date and maintain data integrity.
- Support the execution of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and compliance tracking.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure HRIS and employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data, including attendance, leaves, and benefits deductions.
- Support in resolving payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs to enhance workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Assist in HR projects, such as policy reviews, system implementations, and process improvements.

What Are We Looking For

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR operations, people analytics, or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or HR analytics software).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present HR data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Recruitment Process and Timeline

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience.
