An experienced and dynamic Sales Engineer for a leading provider of innovative water treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in water treatment systems, combined with excellent sales skills to develop and expand the customer base. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer-facing interactions to provide tailored solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
- Visits and meets with clients at appointments for sales to achieve the planned target.
- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Establishes new customer accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call/visit schedules.
- Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
- Prepares and maintains all reports as per the company policy "Visits, Leads, Orders & Sales".
- Reports to the Manager In-charge & Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales in the water treatment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies, such as filtration, reverse osmosis, chemical dosing, and water reclamation.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing business in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM software knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and trade shows as required.
