Senior Construction Engineer

Job Description Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Senior Construction Engineer - E&I for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. Qualification Required - The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. Responsibilities - Responsible for managing and supervising all electrical and instrumentation construction activities offshore, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project standards while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. - lead and oversee E&I construction works offshore, ensuring safe execution, technical compliance, and timely delivery of electrical and instrumentation systems. - Ensure constructability reviews, risk assessments, and method statements are completed before execution. - Oversee installation of instrumentation systems including sensors, transmitters, control valves, DCS/PLC systems, and fire & gas detection systems. - Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues during construction - Conduct inspections, testing, and mechanical/electrical completion checks - Support pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems. - Ensure smooth handover of completed systems to operations with proper documentation Experience Required - Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 3 to 5 years significant offshore E&I construction exposure. - Strong knowledge of offshore electrical and instrumentation systems, construction methodologies, and safety standards. - Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Mechanical Construction Background. - Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
