Assessment and Diagnosis:
1. Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' specific needs.

10. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development.

3. Provide guidance and training to educators on dyslexia awareness and teaching strategies.
Professional Development:
1. Stay current with research and best practices in inclusive education.
2. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance expertise.
Advocacy and Awareness:
1. Advocate for students and support the SfL team to raise awareness across the school community.
2. Attend and contribute to dyslexia/ASDAN related meetings and conferences.
Skills
- Bachelor's in Education with a Master's degree in Special/Inclusive Education.
- Certification in dyslexia and/or CCET/AAT/CPT3A.
- Previous experience working with students with dyslexia.
- Previous experience delivering the ASDAN programme. Strong understanding of dyslexia, its characteristics, and evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students overcome learning challenges.
