- Lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning execution and monitoring.
- Develop and review project plans schedules and budgets to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate with architects consultants and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supervise onsite activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to construction challenges.
- Manage resources effectively including materials equipment and personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the construction industry with a proven track record in managing largescale projects.
- Nationality: Arabic (Preferably Iraqi or Jordanian).
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and best practices.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent project management organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in constructionrelated software tools and applications.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
