Job Description Finance Director | SORP Group About the Company: SORP Group is an international consulting and outsourcing group headquartered in the UAE. We provide accounting, tax, and management services for medium and large businesses, combining the precision of international standards with digital accounting technologies. Over 19 years of operation, we have built a network in more than 10 jurisdictions and support over 500 projects.In Dubai, we manage the largest private business center, which forms the core of our corporate ecosystem. About the role: We are currently recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer who will lead the financial outsourcing division for our group of companies and clients. The CFO's responsibilities will include building management reporting, strategic control of financial flows, preparation of financial models, and participation in key transactions. The ideal candidate is a business partner level professional, capable of ensuring financial transparency and control, helping clients make strategic decisions, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, segment analysis by products, regions, and departments). - Strategic financial planning and budgeting. - Development and improvement of financial models for clients and the group. - Unit economics analysis and break-even point calculations. - Preparation for due diligence and support of M&A transactions. - Control of financial flows across the group of companies, including holding and international structures. - Implementation of a KPI system and performance monitoring. - Financial consulting for clients (including international structures). - Interaction with banks and investors on financial matters. Requirements: - At least 7 years of experience as a CFO or Finance Director, preferably in holdings, consulting, or international companies. - Deep knowledge of management accounting and financial planning. - Experience in developing financial models and analyzing unit economics. - Understanding of due diligence processes and transaction support. - Practical experience implementing ERP/BI systems for financial control. - Strategic mindset, systematic approach, ability to work with owners and investors. - Fluent in Russian and English (financial documentation and negotiations).
