Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair DX Split VRF units and FAHUs
- Maintain and troubleshoot chilled water systems
- Carry out maintenance repairs and troubleshooting of small-scale air-cooled chillers
- Support the maintenance repair and troubleshooting of MEP services
- Attend to and resolve tenant maintenance complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, company vehicles and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Be available to work outside normal
working hours
when required for emergency maintenance activities with overtime compensation provided
- Complete job sheets accurately, track materials used, record time spent on tasks and submit necessary documentation for invoicing purposes
- Create and maintain site-specific asset and equipment inventories ensuring records remain up to date
- Support FM Coordinators, Storekeepers and FM Administration teams in stock planning based on maintenance schedules
- Assist FM Coordinators and Service Supervisors with procurement and operational requirements
- Perform any additional duties as required to support departmental objectives Qualifications & Experience
- Vocational Degree, Diploma, Trade Certificate, or Technical Qualification in HVAC, MEP, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Facilities Management, HVAC maintenance, and repair.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and continuously enhance technical skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferably not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of AC systems with additional experience in electrical plumbing and handyman works
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision
