As a Sales Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and helping us achieve our business goals. Key Responsibilities - Assist the sales team in prospecting and generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking and social media. - Act as the first point of contact for potential clients and provide them with information about our services. - Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the sales team. - Prepare and send sales proposals and contracts to clients. - Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. - Provide administrative support to the sales team including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and preparing reports. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Knowledge of the freelance industry is a plus. - Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
