Richemont's Mustaqbalkom Graduate Trainee Program is a unique platform specially designed for bright, young, and passionate fresh graduates like you who want to shape their career. This program provides accelerated career and learning opportunities to develop bright young talent and guide them into future leaders. The trainee will undergo a 24-month structured learning program which consists of 3 rotations with the possibility of a full-time opportunity within the group upon successful completion of the program based on performance.

We provide this program for the following functions:

1. Finance
2. HR
3. Marketing
4. Supply Chain
5. Retail
6. Business Development

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in a 24-month program, including 3 rotational assignments
2. Actively engage and participate in training assignments
3. Shadow experienced employees to acquire knowledge
4. Undergo retail immersion to help understand the business
5. Demonstrate high work standards in assigned projects and real job responsibilities
6. Contribute to the organization by constantly providing a fresh perspective and solutions to existing business challenges and opportunities
7. Constantly seek feedback and work on areas of development through the course of the program
8. Regular reviews with Senior Management regarding continuous development
9. Demonstrate the highest levels of work ethics and personal integrity

Experience and Qualification Required

1. Valid UAE Passport & UAE Family Book
2. Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree (any major)
3. 0-2 years' work experience
4. Language requirement – Proficiency in English & Arabic
5. Computer skills – Microsoft Office
