Job Opportunity
Marketing Revenue Operations Manager – 90% HubSpot focused. Own, build and scale HubSpot as the commercial engine of our business, connecting Marketing, Sales and Client Services across UK, UAE, India and Canada. Not a vendor management or reporting role. Full ownership of HubSpot daily: workflows, integrations, lead scoring, and partnership with Marketing, Sales and SDR teams to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes. With the right candidate, the role will evolve into broader RevOps leadership as the business scales internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Platform Ownership: Own HubSpot end‑to‑end across all hubs and operational workflows; build, maintain and optimise complex workflows, automations and lead scoring models; develop custom properties, objects and data architecture for multi‑market operations; manage integrations, API connections and third‑party app management; ensure data hygiene and governance; drive HubSpot adoption and best practice; support GTM activity for new markets and product launches.
- Lead Management and Attribution: Build and maintain a lead lifecycle framework covering MQL, SQL and SAL definitions and routing; implement tracking and attribution from paid and organic lead sources; create and optimise lead scoring models; set up lead routing, assignment rules and SLA tracking; implement UTM tracking standards; build attribution reporting for true ROI.
- Marketing Automation and Nurture: Design, build and optimise automated prospecting and nurture campaigns across the full customer journey, including email, call and social integrations; develop segmentation strategies; build triggered campaigns based on user behaviour and account signals; create client communication workflows for onboarding, product updates, upsell and cross‑sell; A/B test emails and nurture sequences; ensure all communications comply with FCA and GDPR.
- Pipeline Development and Sales Enablement: Build and optimise lead scoring and qualification models; manage lead routing, prospecting workspaces and sales sequencing; support pipeline progression, account activation and reactivation campaigns; partner with Client Services, Sales and SDR teams to optimise CRM workflows, deal stages and pipeline management; support commercial forecasting and reporting.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation: Own lead capture across all digital touchpoints; manage UTM attribution and conversion funnel tracking; continuously optimise user journeys and conversion rates; collaborate with marketing and design teams to improve landing page performance.
- Reporting and Commercial Insight: Build and maintain dashboards tracking lead generation, pipeline contribution, revenue attribution, conversion rates and campaign ROI; produce clear reporting for marketing teams and senior stakeholders; turn data into actionable recommendations.
- AI and Marketing Technology: Introduce AI tools and automation; integrate AI into workflows; evaluate, implement and manage the marketing technology stack; maintain documentation for all integrations, workflows and processes. What Success Looks Like Within the first 12 months you will have established HubSpot as the single source of truth across Marketing and Sales; significantly improved CRM data quality and governance; built scalable lead scoring and lifecycle models; launched automated nurture programmes; grown qualified pipeline and increased account activations; improved conversion rates throughout the funnel; reduced dormant leads; built reporting demonstrating marketing’s contribution to revenue; and embedded AI and automation into workflows.
