Cluster Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Cluster Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our creative department you will be responsible for developing high-quality brand-aligned visual assets across multiple properties within our organization. Create compelling visual content for print, digital and social media platforms that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and produce a wide range of materials including promotional items, operational materials and guest experience assets Manage and organize creative projects ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained Maintain and improve cluster-wide image and media libraries including photography, video and digital assets Support regional events, campaigns and on-property creative initiatives Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all cluster properties Assist in the creation of email campaigns, web banners and other digital marketing materials Conduct quality checks on all materials and maintain a reference archive Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies Participate in client familiarization trips, events and activations as needed Apply cost-effective solutions while maintaining luxury brand quality Qualifications Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field Proven experience in creating print, digital and social media materials preferably in the hospitality or luxury goods sector Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Working knowledge of HTML/Dreamweaver and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Strong photography and videography skills Excellent project management and organizational abilities In-depth understanding of brand positioning and marketing strategies in the hospitality industry Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multicultural environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines A creative and innovative approach to design challenges Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and standards Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality design work Remote Work Yes Employment Type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
