This is not an active role but an opportunity to express your interest in upcoming openings. Your Opportunity Are you a Firefighter seeking to take on a new challenge with a multinational company? Do you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fire and rescue services, including 2 years at an ICAO Category Five (5) airfield? This opportunity would allow you to join our Fire & Rescue team at Al Minhad Air Base in Dubai, contributing to the delivery of Rescue & Firefighting Services (RFFS). Key Accountabilities While this is not a current vacancy, the following responsibilities represent the type of work anticipated for this role : - Respond to aviation and structural fire emergencies (ARFF / SRFF) to mitigate risks and ensure safety. - Operate and maintain firefighting vehicles and equipment. - Manage control room operations, dispatching resources, and monitoring alarms. - Conduct rescue operations, including casualty care and safe removal of trapped individuals. - Ensure operational readiness through daily checks and maintenance of equipment. - Participate in training exercises and uphold safety protocols. What We Are Looking For Essential Qualifications and Experience : - 2–5 years of experience in fire and rescue services, with at least 2 years at an ICAO Category Five airfield or above. - Valid heavy vehicle operator license in the UAE. - Certified ‘Medically Fit’ for the role. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch / control systems. - Fire and rescue qualifications, such as : ICAO Firefighter NFPA 1 Firefighter I / II NFPA 3 Airport Firefighter NFPA / 2 HAZMAT First Responder Technician Level First Aid / Basic Life Support Certification Desirable Qualifications : - SCBA Maintenance Technician certification. - Military firefighting experience.
