Role Description

Qualifications

- Patient Assessment, Medication Administration, and Wound Care skills
- Experience in providing patient-centered care and educating patients and families
- Basic Life Support and First Aid training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid DOH Nursing License
- Previous experience in home healthcare is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Nursing or related field
