Role & Responsibilities Uniqus is seeking senior professionals in Data & Analytics to join Uniqus Technology Consulting team. You will play a crucial role as a Solution Architect/SME and work with a team of highly skilled technical professionals at offshore to drive the development and delivery of Data and Analytics solutions. Your primary technical responsibility will be to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data analytics systems, ensuring they meet the timelines, cost and service quality of implementation. The candidate must be experienced in implementing (on-premise/Cloud) data warehousing solutions, integrating various data sources, and utilizing visualization tools to provide actionable insights. Key technology experience required in related solutions in Microsoft stack Azure, Databricks, Data Pipelines, Power BI, etc. This role demands a strong understanding of cloud platforms, data management, and analytics to support our data-driven initiatives. Responsibilities: Data Warehousing: - Develop and maintain data warehouses that consolidate data from multiple sources. - Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance performance and scalability. - Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Data Integration: - Integrate disparate data sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party services. - Design and develop data pipelines to automate data collection and integration. - Monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows to ensure reliability and performance. Visualization & Reporting: - Utilize visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create dashboards and reports. - Translate complex data sets into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders. - Collaborate with business units to understand data visualization needs and deliver solutions. Collaboration & Communication: - Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Document processes, data flows, and technical specifications for reference and training. - Communicate project status, progress, and issues to management and stakeholders. Education: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field 2. Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. 3. Experience in using visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. 4. Preferred knowledge of machine learning and AI Experience: 1. Experience in cloud data management, data warehousing, and data integration in Microsoft data and analytics stack 2. Should be currently working with a Big 4 Technical Skills: 1. Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems. 2. Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline development. 3. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. 4. Understanding of data modelling, data architecture, and data governance principles. We are preferably looking for candidates who have 6+ years of experience working in UAE market.
