Job Description The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and daily operational activities. The role involves coordination, content support, market research, and administrative assistance to enhance brand visibility and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Support content creation for social media, websites, email marketing, and promotional materials Coordinate with designers, content creators, vendors, and agencies as required Manage and update social media calendars and marketing schedules Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis Assist in organizing events, promotions, product launches, and in-store marketing activities Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare basic reports Maintain marketing databases, customer lists, and campaign records Support branding consistency across all marketing materials Perform general administrative duties related to marketing operations Handle any other marketing-related tasks assigned by management Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing platforms Creativity with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Team-oriented with a proactive attitude Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals is an advantage Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); design software knowledge is a plus Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred) 02 years of experience in marketing or a related role (freshers may apply) Preferred Skills Understanding of real estate or property development market Basic graphic design or content creation skills Copywriting and proofreading abilities Photography or video editing skills are a plus What We Offer: Opportunity to work on high-profile development projects Professional growth and career development Supportive and collaborative work environment
