KeyResponsibilities
* Mainduties and day-to-day tasks expected from the resource
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, andhigh-performance mobile banking applications using React Native.
- Develop responsive web applications and customer-facing digitaljourneys using React.js and modern front-end frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, architects,and backend teams to deliver seamless digital banking experiences.
- Integrate front-end applications with APIs, microservices,OAuth/OIDC authentication, and enterprise middleware platforms.
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards, securecoding practices, and accessibility requirements.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, responsiveness,and user experience across mobile and web channels.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing,troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices for automatedbuild, test, and deployment processes. Required Skills
* Primarytechnical and functional skills
- Strong experience in React Native, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+),and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Context API, React Hooks,and responsive web design.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, OAuth 2.0,OpenID Connect, and JWT authentication.
- Knowledge of mobile application lifecycle management for iOSand Android platforms.
- Experience with state management, component libraries,performance tuning, and mobile optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, Git, CI/CD, andDevSecOps practices. Required Experience / Knowledge Areas
* Specificdomain or industry knowledge required
- 5+ years of experience in front-end engineering with at least 3years in React Native development.
- Banking, financial services, digital channels, internetbanking, mobile banking, or fintech experience is required.
- Experience delivering customer-facing applications with highavailability, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of API-driven architecture, microservices, secureauthentication, and enterprise-grade integration patterns.
- Experience working in large-scale Agile and DevOpsenvironments.
- Knowledge of mobile security, certificate pinning, OWASP MobileTop 10, and secure SDLC practices. Good-to-HaveSkills Additionalskills that are an advantage but not mandatory
- Experience with Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, or native mobiledevelopment.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes, orcontainerized deployments.
- Experience with banking onboarding, payments, lending, tradefinance, corporate banking, or treasury solutions.
- Understanding of performance testing, observability,monitoring, and analytics tools. Key Deliverables
