Support the Section Head in the day to day activities of the department to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability for the business. - Prepare lease agreements/contracts and make sure that they are made in compliance with the community rules, leasing, property services regulations, company policies and practices to ensure quality services. - Send the lease renewal notices on time and recording their feedback. - Regularly monitor the community, identify the breaches, sending circulars, compliance notices and breach letters to ensure that the community rules are followed. - Attend to customer queries and follow up with customers thereby ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Keep abreast about the new laws related to lease administration in order to be able to respond efficiently to customer queries. - Follow the action plans resulted by the coordination with customer to understand customer requirements for improvement in continuous business leading to profitability & high level of customer satisfaction. - Support the team through effective co-ordination to ensure the allocation of all resources and implementation of appropriate standards and controls to ensure that all property Management service activities meet or exceed the customer expectations & Service Level Agreements. - Maintain a daily record of handovers done and walk in customers met to ensure accurate record of all activities. - Regularly follow up and maintain close relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction after delivery of property services. - Prepare reports to provide the manager with timely information review of the property management activities. Some of the current important strategic challenges for the company are: - Identification of new Property Management opportunities for growth and development. - The dynamic nature of the market environment in the UAE. - Need for high quality Property Management infrastructure and Systems in pursuit of excellence. - The job holder steers the revenue and profitability growth of the company through supporting the provision of property management function of the company within the overall vision and mission. - The job holder is free to make decisions within the delegated limits of authority.
