Recreation Receptionist – Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Job Description We are currently looking for dynamic, self‑motivated female Recreation professionals who want to move their careers forward. Responsibilities - Oversee all reservations, payment and tracking procedures for pool, beach and recreation facilities. - Create a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. - Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels before and after use. - Promote all classes, activities and services offered within the club. - Post charges in Micros that may incur by guests and members and carry out correct accounting procedures. - Assist the Fitness Instructor in ensuring that all members and guests follow safety procedures, rules and regulations. - Periodically check the cleanliness and order of the locker facilities. - Ensure the reception area is tidy and clean and that all materials (towels, newspapers, magazines, advertising) are readily available. - Encourage sales through full knowledge of product and pricing of offered facilities. Qualifications & Experiences - Diploma / degree in hospitality with previous work experience within a hotel is ideal. - Good written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. - Computer skills are an advantage. Knowledge & Competencies - Customer‑driven with excellent guest service skills and ability to handle complaints. - Positive, smiley, sportive, outgoing and approachable character. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. - Excellent team player in a multicultural environment. - Teamwork, Taking Responsibility, Recognising Differences, Adaptability, Customer Focus.
