We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Country Manager to lead our operations in the UAE. This pivotal leadership role will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client relationships, drive business development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services. As a key figure in our growth strategy, you will shape the local business direction while aligning with global objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong operational background and a passion for driving organizational success.Key Responsibilities of Country ManagerLead and manage all aspects of the company's operations within the UAE.Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.Analyze market trends and prepare accurate sales forecasts.Take ownership of periodic forecast exercises; ensure targets are met or exceeded and provide actionable plans to address any gaps.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and industry partners. Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at industry events and business meetings.Oversee compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.Ensure effective team management, mentoring, and development of staff.Report regularly to senior management on performance, opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations.Qualification Required for Country ManagerMinimum of 5 years' proven experience in a similar senior management role (e.g., General Manager, Country Manager) within the pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution sector is highly preferred.Minimum 2 years' work experience in the UAE market with in-depth knowledge of local business practices.Graduation with a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related fi eld is required.Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).Strong network of connections within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and medical sectors.Excellent forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning skills.Advanced computer literacy; proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.Willingness and ability to travel as required within the UAE and internationally.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related fi eld (MBA preferred).Company BioUltimate HR Solutions (UHRS) is a premier human resources partner based in the UAE, delivering comprehensive and tailored workforce solutions since 2001.
