Job Description Job Title: SAP Solutions Architect Retail Location: Dubai Employment Type: Contract 6 Months Contact: [Confidential Information] About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP Solutions Architect with deep expertise in the Retail sector to lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA-based retail solutions. This role will drive digital transformation initiatives across retail businesses, ensuring scalable, intelligent, and compliant architecture aligned with UAE market requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions, including merchandising, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and omnichannel operations. - Lead solution architecture for greenfield and migration programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and UAE regulations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate retail requirements into scalable SAP architectures using SAP BTP, Fiori, and Integration Suite. - Oversee integration with POS, e-commerce, and third-party logistics systems. - Guide data governance, security, and compliance across SAP modules, including FICO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors, and CAR. - Support development of intelligent store applications and retail-specific accelerators, such as cost sheet apps and IDoc cockpit extensions. Qualifications & Experience: - 10+ years of SAP architecture experience, with 15+ years in Retail, including supermarkets, markdowns, and fashion retail. - Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in the UAE or GCC region. - Expertise in SAP Retail, CAR, FICO, MM, SD, and MDM. - Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, and cloud SAP landscapes. - Knowledge of AI/ML applications in retail, such as demand forecasting and inventory optimization. - Experience with RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP programs. - Understanding of UAE-specific HR, payroll, and compliance requirements. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
