What You'll Do:

1. Design Engaging Social Media Content: Create eye-catching visuals, motion graphics, and layouts for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
2. Develop Brand-Aligned Creative Assets: Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics, color schemes, and visual storytelling across all digital channels.
3. Collaborate with Content & Marketing Teams: Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and marketers to develop creative campaigns that drive engagement.
4. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with design and social media trends to create fresh, innovative content that resonates with audiences.
5. Optimize for Performance: Design assets with platform-specific best practices in mind, focusing on engagement and reach.

What We're Looking For:

1. 2 years of experience in graphic design specifically for social media.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-impact social media designs.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
4. Experience in motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form video editing is a plus.
5. Understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and engagement strategies.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and typography.
