Reporting to the Development Director, the position plays a key part in ensuring governance and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, regulated environment. Client Details A newly established real estate developer with a strong focus on delivering high-quality commercial and industrial developments across Dubai. Description · Review and draft contracts, MOUs, SPAs, and development-related documents · Liaise with external law firms and government authorities such as RERA, DLD, etc. · Support project registration and compliance with the region's real estate regulations · Conduct initial legal review of documentation, highlighting risks and inconsistencies. · Maintain legal registers and oversee structured document management. · Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, support legal documentation and reporting for senior leadership.
